  • Manage hiring and coordination of talent, staff, and various vendors for all activations ahead of time and on-site

  • Act as brand ambassador and press contact at all events

  • Oversee Chicago event strategy, partnering with local venues on game nights and comedy shows for audiences of 30-180 people 

  • Wrote and managed a Chicago events newsletter for a list of 5,000 people, maintaining an average open rate of 37 percent

  • Worked with the Technical Director to produce regular broadcasts on twitch to audiences of 50 to 300 viewers
